One alternative is to tap into something with fewer calories. Tequila on the rocks is one of the lowest-calorie options out there, and vodka has fewer calories than beer. Toss a lime in your cup, and you’re going green!

  • 1 ½ bananas
  • 2 mandarin oranges
  • 6 oz. fresh strawberries
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 cup water
