Work Out With Your Toddler
When you have little ones, it’s hard to find time to exercise. Why not workout with your toddler? In our 6-week Moms on the Move Society (M.O.M.S.) program, you’ll try different types of workouts and discover what you and your toddler enjoy most.
Classes are located in the Aerobics Room, Professional Building.
