Dr. Ancy’s Awesome Chocolate Chocolate Protein BitesProtein Bites


  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup natural peanut butter
  • ⅓ cup honey
  • ¼ cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp. chocolate protein powder
  • 1 tbsp. flax seed (optional)


Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Scoop the mixture into small balls and serve. “My nieces and nephews love these bites,” Dr. Ancy said. “They taste like Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups.”
