In May, author and comedian Kerri Pomarolli entertained the Club W crowd at the Improv. The Northland News interviewed Kerri about her books and also got some of her favorites.

The Northland News: According to your biography you’ve done quite a bit of writing including books like:

• Guys Like Girls Named Jennie
• How to Ruin Your Dating Life
• A Christian’s Guide for Avoiding [Almost] Every Mistake in the Book
• Two Comics Walk into a Church
• Mom’s Night Out 

This probably means you’re a bit of a reader. What are some of your favorite books?

Kerri: I love anything by Jennifer Weiner. She makes me laugh out loud. I love Frank Peretti. He wrote a book called Piercing the Darkness.
